All our products are custom-made according to customer requests.
For this reason, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once the order is confirmed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this time, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement if approved.
